City of Garland residents now have a tool for finding information and submitting service requests using a mobile device. Garland eAssist connects your request directly to the right City of Garland department for quick and efficient resolution. Once a user account is created, it’s easy to track the progress of service requests and receive email notifications as updates are made. The app also provides links to news, events, FAQs, and other City of Garland resources.

The City of Garland’s new website is designed for optimal mobile use. A mobile app is available to make it easier to access the content you use most often.
In the Google Play Store, search for “Garland.” In the Apple Store, search for the CivicMobile app and select Garland.
The app features icon links to frequently requested City resources, including CodeRED, the Garland City Press, various departments and much more. The first row of icons on the app are to key resources, such as the new My Garland service, career opportunities and public meeting agendas. The rest are listed alphabetically.
